Shipping policy

We ship out of our warehouse daily on our open days, Monday to Friday. Processing any order can take up to 3 business days from the time you place your order.

Warehouse Pick Up: Local customers have the option to pick up orders from our SE Portland warehouse. Select "local pick up" at check out. Our pick up hours are 10am-4pm PST Monday and Wednesday. You will be emailed with further information when your order is ready for pick up.

Our system accepts all addresses so we can send an order to wherever you are, so feel free to order to the trail. That said, it is your responsibility to make sure you enter the correct address. If your shipment detail is missing information or is incorrect, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping. Please provide your address in English characters.

Our checkout shipping charges are calculated via internal algorithms within our shipping software that can sometimes undercalculate high shipping costs. If there is a large discrepancy between the shipping charge at checkout and the actual charges, Minimal Gear will contact you with the option to pay the difference or cancel the order.

You can track your order using the information sent to you in a shipping confirmation email.

Domestic Ground Shipping: Ground Shipping rates vary from $3 to $20 depending on the items and your location. Most items on our site leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We strive to have your ground orders delivered within 4-7 business days. We ship domestically using USPS and UPS and provide tracking details to all orders.

Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping rates that range from $18 to $75 for delivery in 3-5 Business Days.

International Shipping: We are happy to offer international shipping via UPS. Rates vary based on items purchased and destination country, but shipping costs generally start at $6.50 on up. We are happy to provide a shipping estimate for any order. If interested, just add products you are interested in the cart and enter your address, you will be provided an estimate of shipping cost before placing your order.

Once your order is placed, please allow sufficient time for the Customs process, both departing the US and entering your country. While shipping times can vary, we estimate between 14-21 days for most countries; with some taking up to 45 days for delivery. 

Please note that some countries charge for customs and duty, this is not included in the price of shipping, so please keep in mind that you will need to pay that too.
