I love the liter bottle as it will work well for backpacking. But, someone here asked about maybe a 3/4 liter version that would fit better into her front pack sleeve. I second that request, but more because it will fit better into the side pocket of my day pack, without hitting my arms or leaning out to the side. I want to use your bottle on my day trips, as well.
Thanks for your review and the feedback! We're hoping to offer different sized variants in the future, a smaller version has been a popular ask!
This sturdy, narrow bottle is great for reaching out if a side pocket on a hike. Very lightweight. The embossed measurements are nice, higher volume marks would be appreciated, but not a deal breaker. The absence of ink likely provides the lower price, which is hard to beat. If you’re having issues seeing the large measurements, a light dusting of the finest soil will easily highlight them.
Thanks for the great review and the creative suggestion! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the ThruBottle.
First, I like the material the Thrubottle is made of. It has a nice feel, squeezable, nice cap.
The measurements are the big issue for me. Why did you not add color to make them easier to read. Even more so, why did you stop the markings at 24OZ. I want to use a Vecto to filter my water into the ThruBottle. I then want to use the ThruBottle to measure out water for my freeze-dries meals, but the bottle holds a full cup of water above the 24OZ. measurement. Why did you not put a 28- and 32-ounce mark. I will probably end up using a permanent marker and marking it myself.
Hi David,
Thanks for your review and your feedback! We'll take it into consideration for future updates.
