Theses are decent, don't overtighten, caps will bust

These fit perfectly on smart water bottles so I don’t lose my cap on the trail or at camp. I use with the one bottle hydration system. Durable products. Thanks!!!

I love this product! Having a tethered cap for your smart bottles ensures you won’t lose it, and reduces the chances of leaving trash behind when you’re out in the wild.

Good but not perfect

I've been rocking these caps for a couple of years where they see moderate weekly use in every season. I add them to all my 1 liter bottles to add that little bit of security when traveling over backcountry talus, boulder and snow fields where a little white cap is easily dropped only to become unrecoverable or blown away to oblivion.

Despite the love I have for theses caps they can split at the top from heavy use and/or over tightening. Something I have never experienced with regular caps in 35+ years of backcountry travel and climbing. Because of this, I still carry a spare original 1 liter bottle cap.

Just what I needed!

I use CNOC bags for my hydration needs but have Smart Water bottles in holsters on my pack shoulder harness's to hold two liter smart water bottles.

I realize I am different than a lot of folks but I do not like the sports bottle caps (the part that you have to pull up to gain access to the water), I like to take a full "gulp" of water without having to work for it. I have a tendency to drop the caps on the smart water bottles.

So, purchased these and replaced those caps. Now I can gulp away and not loose the cap!
